João Paulo da Silveira Ribeiro is invited by the House of Representatives to debate bills that intend to limit the amount of rates charged on granted highways
Partner João Paulo da Silveira Ribeiro has participated, on 08.09.2016, in a hearing called by the Commission on Traffic and Transport (CVT) of the House of Representatives to discuss bills 7796/14 and 3217/15, which deal with rates for tolls levied on granted highways. Bill 7796/14 intends to limit the value of the basic toll rate charged by concessionaires and Bill 3217/15 provides, in the judgment of procurement for new concessions or renovations of federal and state highways, the requirement to combine the criteria of greater offer and lower value of the rate.
